Satin glass

Satin or “etched” glass means a technology in which the matte surface of the glass is achieved through the use of acid. Compared to the use of sandblasting technology (which was common before the use of acid) and acid etching, the advantage of acid is better and easier maintenance of the glass surface. Satin glass is used in places where light is desired, but not transparency.
